Delivery
Deliveries of small packages made by courier companies such as DPD, FedEx, InPost, or UPS are made directly to the door of the house or apartment.
For bulky furniture, if the Client has not purchased the delivery service, the courier is not obliged to deliver the order to the first door – whether it be the house or the stairwell in an apartment building. Delivery of furniture is only carried out if the appropriate option is selected during the order process. In such cases, the driver is required to deliver the furniture to the location specified by the Client.
For large business orders, we organize individual transport fully tailored to the Client's needs.
The shipping cost includes the transportation of products and their insurance.

The estimated delivery time for your order is provided on each product page. Deliveries made by courier (DHL, DPD, FedEx, UPS) may take up to 48 hours. This time may vary depending on the selected country.

What is the Eye on Design loyalty program about?
By joining the Loyalty Program, customers will receive 1 point for every zloty spent. Collected points can be exchanged for discount coupons for future orders. Discount coupons cannot exceed 10% of the value of the next order.
Example:
Accumulated 1000 points can be exchanged for a discount voucher of 100 PLN for your next purchase of at least 1000 PLN.
What can you earn points for in the loyalty program?

You can order samples here for the price of 139 zł (shipping cost: 40 zł, deposit 99 zł). When returning a sample, the deposit (99 zł) will be refunded; additionally, when purchasing furniture (and simultaneously returning the sample, we will refund the shipping cost of 40 zł). Please include in the order comments which product you would like us to match the sample to.
Samples for selected models are also available at the Eye on Design showroom in Warsaw.

What is the company's return policy?
Every customer (both individual and business) can return purchased (undamaged and unused) goods within 14 calendar days from the day on which the purchased item was received (delivery of the order).
To keep the deadline for withdrawal from the contract, it is sufficient to send information regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the deadline expires. Then, after receiving confirmation of the return registration, you must deliver the unused and undamaged goods to the address we specified at your own expense within 14 calendar days.
In the event of withdrawal from the contract, we will refund all received payments excluding shipping costs, no later than 14 days from the day we received the goods and confirmed that there are no signs of damage or use.
We will process the refund using the same payment methods that were used in the original transaction, unless you have explicitly agreed to another solution.
Returns do not include personalized custom products.

LONGIS II pendant lamp transparent with shiny chrome
Description
The Longis II pendant lamp is an example of a perfect blend of love for glass forms and industrial inspirations. Made of transparent glass, the shade has an eye-catching, rounded shape that narrows at the top, while the stylized bulb holder in silver and the cord in black textile weave emphasize the raw yet elegant character of the design. The black cord will harmonize with the dark color scheme of the interior and raw materials, or conversely – it will create an interesting contrast with a light background, white or colorful walls, or wooden fronts in the kitchen.
The Longis II pendant lamp will look stunning both solo and in a group with other lamps from the collection, creating artistic light constellations tailored to the needs of its users. With the availability of four shades in the same style and the option to hang the lamps at different heights, you have countless possible arrangements. To give the Longis lighting a retro look, you can use a filament bulb that mimics decorative filament bulbs, which will highlight the beauty of the glass shade while bringing out the industrial soul of the lamps from the collection.
The lamps from the Longis collection are created through the process of hand-blown glass at the glassworks in Krosno. Each piece features a unique structure, slight irregularities, and air bubbles – these are what emphasize their artisanal character.
