Delivery
Deliveries of small packages made by courier companies such as DPD, FedEx, InPost, or UPS are made directly to the door of the house or apartment.
For bulky furniture, if the Client has not purchased the carrying service, the courier is not obliged to deliver the order to the first door – either of the house or the stairwell in an apartment building. Carrying of furniture is only carried out if the appropriate option is selected during the order process. In such a case, the driver is obliged to deliver the furniture to the location specified by the Client.
For large business orders, we organize individual transport fully tailored to the Client's needs.
The shipping cost includes the transportation of products and their insurance.
Delivery date
The estimated order fulfillment time is provided on each product page. Deliveries made by courier (DHL, DPD, FedEx, UPS) may take up to 48 hours. This time may vary depending on the selected country.

Which products are eligible for returns?
All products that are not made to order and are personalized. Returned products must be unused and undamaged.
What is the Eye on Design loyalty program about?
By joining the Loyalty Program, customers will receive 1 point for every zloty spent. Collected points can be exchanged for discount coupons for future orders. Discount coupons cannot exceed 10% of the value of the next order.
Example:
Accumulated 1000 points can be exchanged for a discount voucher of 100 PLN for your next purchase of at least 1000 PLN.
What can you earn points for in the loyalty program?
You can earn points in our loyalty program for: purchases in our store, registering an account, liking and following the Eye on Design account on social media. You can also receive points as a birthday gift.
Is there a possibility of a shipping delay?

How will the goods be shipped?
The shipping of goods will depend on their size; our logistics partners are usually DPD, DHL, Fedex, Ambro Express, or Zadbano.

You can order samples here for the price of 139 zł (shipping cost: 40 zł, deposit 99 zł). When returning a sample, the deposit (99 zł) will be refunded; additionally, when purchasing furniture (and simultaneously returning the sample, we will refund the shipping cost of 40 zł). Please include in the order comments which product you would like us to match the sample to.
Samples for selected models are also available at the Eye on Design showroom in Warsaw.
Do I need to have an account on Eye on Design to place an order?
While it's not required, we encourage you to create an account to take advantage of special offers, our loyalty program, and faster order processing.

What is the company's return policy?
Every customer (both individual and business) can return purchased (undamaged and unused) goods within 14 calendar days from the day on which the purchased item was received (delivery of the order).
To keep the deadline for withdrawal from the contract, it is sufficient to send information regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the deadline expires. Then, after receiving confirmation of the return registration, you must deliver the unused and undamaged goods to the address we specified at your own expense within 14 calendar days.
In the event of withdrawal from the contract, we will refund all received payments excluding shipping costs, no later than 14 days from the day we received the goods and confirmed that there are no signs of damage or use.
We will process the refund using the same payment methods that were used in the original transaction, unless you have explicitly agreed to another solution.
Returns do not include personalized custom products.

ASTRA DECO black wall lamp with gold
Description
The Astra Deco wall lamp is an elegant and decorative fixture, inspired by the natural beauty of star constellations. Its slender form and meticulous finish make it a striking yet unobtrusive lighting accent.
The glass, perfectly spherical shade with a diameter of 12 cm is mounted with a delicate shade holder on top of a vertical, black metal frame with gold detailing. The white glass softens and diffuses the light, creating an intimate, atmospheric ambiance.
The Astra Deco wall lamp is perfect as an additional light source - by a mirror, in a hallway, foyer, bathroom, as well as in a bedroom or hotel room. Its design combines spherical shapes with clean lines, making it suitable for retro and art deco interiors, as well as modern, classic, or minimalist spaces.
The glass shades of the Astra collection are crafted through the traditional process of hand-blown glass at a glassworks in Krosno. As a result, there may be slight variations in glass thickness, shape, or subtle air bubbles - this is a characteristic of artisanal products, not a defect.
The set does not include a light bulb.
