Deliveries of small packages made by courier companies such as DPD, FedEx, InPost, or UPS are made directly to the door of the house or apartment.
For bulky furniture, if the Client has not purchased the carrying service, the courier is not obliged to deliver the order to the first door – whether it be the house or the stairwell in an apartment building. The carrying of furniture is only carried out if the appropriate option is selected during the order process. In such a case, the driver is obliged to deliver the furniture to the location specified by the Client.
For large business orders, we organize individual transport fully tailored to the Client's needs.
The shipping cost includes the transportation of products and their insurance.
Delivery time
The estimated delivery time for orders is provided on each product page. Deliveries made by courier (DHL, DPD, FedEx, UPS) can take up to 48 hours. This time may vary depending on the selected country.

Is it possible to pay on delivery?
Unfortunately, we currently do not have the option for cash on delivery. However, you can take advantage of the installment program and PayPo.

Which products are eligible for returns?
All products that are not made to order and are personalized. Returned products must be unused and undamaged.
What is the Eye on Design loyalty program about?
By joining the Loyalty Program, customers will receive 1 point for every zloty spent. Collected points can be exchanged for discount coupons for future orders. Discount coupons cannot exceed 10% of the value of the next order.
Example:
Accumulated 1000 points can be exchanged for a discount voucher of 100 PLN for your next purchase of at least 1000 PLN.
What can you earn points for in the loyalty program?
You can earn points in our loyalty program for: purchases in our store, registering an account, liking and following the Eye on Design account on social media. You can also receive points as a birthday gift.
Is there a possibility of a shipping delay?

How will the goods be shipped?
The shipping of goods will depend on their size; our logistics partners are usually DPD, DHL, Fedex, Ambro Express, or Zadbano.

Yes, we offer delivery with assembly, and the cost is 499 zł.

You can order samples here for the price of 139 zł (shipping cost: 40 zł, deposit 99 zł). When returning a sample, the deposit (99 zł) will be refunded; additionally, when purchasing furniture (and simultaneously returning the sample, we will refund the shipping cost of 40 zł). Please include in the order comments which product you would like us to match the sample to.
Samples for selected models are also available at the Eye on Design showroom in Warsaw.
Do I need to have an account on Eye on Design to place an order?
While it's not required, we encourage you to create an account to take advantage of special offers, our loyalty program, and faster order processing.

The acceptable tolerance limit for upholstered furniture is ±4 cm. These differences arise from the properties of the materials used in production and the specifics of the upholstery process.

What is the company's return policy?
Every customer (both individual and business) can return purchased (undamaged and unused) goods within 14 calendar days from the day on which the purchased item was received (delivery of the order).
To keep the deadline for withdrawal from the contract, it is sufficient to send information regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the deadline expires. Then, after receiving confirmation of the return registration, you must deliver the unused and undamaged goods to the address we specified at your own expense within 14 calendar days.
In the event of withdrawal from the contract, we will refund all received payments excluding shipping costs, no later than 14 days from the day we received the goods and confirmed that there are no signs of damage or use.
We will process the refund using the same payment methods that were used in the original transaction, unless you have explicitly agreed to another solution.
Returns do not include personalized custom products.

Hanging lamp amisol iridescent
Description
Hanging lamp Amisol from Luceplan is a spectacular and spatial lighting fitting, which thanks to its design covers a large surface with a minimal physical volume. Its characteristic element is the round, almost invalid disk, which can be made of a transparent white membrane or mirror surface, embedded in an aluminum profile. The LED light source, placed at the back, emits a strong light stream that reflects or is scattered in the room, creating an unusual visual effect. Thanks to the thin rods connecting the light source with the disk, the angle of the shield can be freely adjusted, which allows for precise adaptation of the lighting to the space.
The project by the Norwegian designer Daniel Rybakken combines minimalism, technology and visually effective design. Amisol resembles an artistic object that not only illuminates the interior, but also becomes its expressive decoration. It is an ideal solution for modern, open spaces, where light plays a key role in building the atmosphere.
The set does not contain a bulb.
