Delivery
Deliveries of small packages made by courier companies such as DPD, FedEx, InPost, or UPS are made directly to the door of the house or apartment.
For bulky furniture, if the Client has not purchased the carrying service, the courier is not obliged to deliver the order to the first door – either of the house or the stairwell in an apartment building. Carrying of furniture is only carried out if the appropriate option is selected during the order process. In such a case, the driver is obliged to deliver the furniture to the location specified by the Client.
For large business orders, we organize individual transport fully tailored to the Client's needs.
The shipping cost includes the transportation of products and their insurance.
Delivery date
The estimated order fulfillment time is provided on each product page. Deliveries made by courier (DHL, DPD, FedEx, UPS) may take up to 48 hours. This time may vary depending on the selected country.

Which products are eligible for returns?
All products that are not made to order and are personalized. Returned products must be unused and undamaged.
What is the Eye on Design loyalty program about?
By joining the Loyalty Program, customers will receive 1 point for every zloty spent. Collected points can be exchanged for discount coupons for future orders. Discount coupons cannot exceed 10% of the value of the next order.
Example:
Accumulated 1000 points can be exchanged for a discount voucher of 100 PLN for your next purchase of at least 1000 PLN.
What can you earn points for in the loyalty program?
You can earn points in our loyalty program for: purchases in our store, registering an account, liking and following the Eye on Design account on social media. You can also receive points as a birthday gift.
Is there a possibility of a shipping delay?

How will the goods be shipped?
The shipping of goods will depend on their size; our logistics partners are usually DPD, DHL, Fedex, Ambro Express, or Zadbano.

For orders over 1000 zł, delivery is free; below this amount, the delivery cost depends on the size and weight of the product.
Is it possible to carry in the order?

Yes, we offer delivery with assembly, and the cost is 499 zł.

You can order samples here for the price of 139 zł (shipping cost: 40 zł, deposit 99 zł). When returning a sample, the deposit (99 zł) will be refunded; additionally, when purchasing furniture (and simultaneously returning the sample, we will refund the shipping cost of 40 zł). Please include in the order comments which product you would like us to match the sample to.
Samples for selected models are also available at the Eye on Design showroom in Warsaw.

What is the company's return policy?
Every customer (both individual and business) can return purchased (undamaged and unused) goods within 14 calendar days from the day on which the purchased item was received (delivery of the order).
To keep the deadline for withdrawal from the contract, it is sufficient to send information regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the deadline expires. Then, after receiving confirmation of the return registration, you must deliver the unused and undamaged goods to the address we specified at your own expense within 14 calendar days.
In the event of withdrawal from the contract, we will refund all received payments excluding shipping costs, no later than 14 days from the day we received the goods and confirmed that there are no signs of damage or use.
We will process the refund using the same payment methods that were used in the original transaction, unless you have explicitly agreed to another solution.
Returns do not include personalized custom products.

Description
Chair MR01 is the debut project of Danish designer Mathias Steen Rasmussen, combining craftsmanship, comfort, and a sustainable approach to design. Designed with relaxation and meditation in mind, the chair features a visually and physically lightweight construction and a simple form. The triangular frame made of solid wood – available in an oiled American walnut or oak version – is crafted without the use of screws, while the seat and backrest are made from 90 meters of hand-woven linen cord, giving the whole piece a sense of lightness and floating above the ground.
Thanks to its open, airy form, the armchair is suitable all year round – providing comfort on warm days, and in winter, just add a blanket or sheepskin. The armchair also comes with a cushion upholstered in bouclé fabric, which enhances comfort in various seating positions. The MR01 looks stunning on its own, in pairs, or in larger arrangements – both in private spaces and hotels. Its minimalist design and natural materials ensure timeless style and durability, in line with the designer's philosophy.
